3 medium firm pears, unpeeled and cored
1 - 16 oz can whole beets, drained
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
1 tbsp raspberry vinegar
1 tbsp honey
Process pears and beets in a food processor till shredded or shred by hand. Combine mayonnasie and next 3 ingredients in a large bowl; add pear mixture tossing to coat. Cover and chill at least 1 hour. Toss before serving. Makes 8 servings
