This is great on the grill or you can just prepare it as stated and place the foil pack on a cookie sheet and bake it till done.
Slice the zucchini crosswise into 1/4" slices. Put individual portions onto double thickness of heavy duty foil. Add cubed fesh tomaotes, sliced celery, salt, pepper and a dash of sugar and a pat of margarine. Wrap foil securely around the food. Cook on coals 14 to 16 minutes turning once.
