Chalupa Dip
I LOVE this for parties
1 lb ground beef
1 pkg taco mix
1 can refried beans
1 onion, diced
1 (19 oz) can bean dip
1 oz sour cream
2 T mayonaise
3 T picante sauce
3-4 avacados
2 T lemon juice
1/2 t each of salt and pepper
10 oz grated cheddar cheese
2 large tomatoes, diced
2 large green onions, diced
sliced black olived, drained (optional)
Combine the dip and refried beans and set aside. Mix together the sour cream, mayonaise, and picante sauce. Set aside. Mash avacados and mix with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Set aside. In a medium round container, layer the bean mixture, then the sour cream mixture, then the avacado mixture. Finally, layer the cheese, tomatoes, onions, and olives.
Serve with tortilla chips.
