1 - 14 oz can fat free sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemonade concentrate
1 - 8 oz ctn. frozen fat free Cool Whip whipped topping, thawed
1 - 9" graham cracker crust
1 tbsp poppy seeds
10 to 12 drops yellow food coloring
In a mixing bowl beat the milk and lemonade concentrate till smooth (mixture will begin to thicken). Fold in 2 cups whipped topping and spread half of it into the crust. Add poppy seeds and food coloring to the remaining mixture and stir till blended. Spoon over the first layer and spread with the remaiing whipped topping. Refrigerate till serving. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
This recipe was an original Taste of Home, but I changed a couple of the ingredients into fat free ones.
