1 medium head cabbage, cut into 8 wedges
1/3 cup butter
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp pepper, coarse grind
Put wedges on a double thickness of foil (about 24 x 12"). Put slices of the butter on top of cabbage wedges then sprinkle with the onion, garlic salt, and pepper. Fold foil and seal tightly. Grill covered about 20 minutes over a medium heat or till tender. Be careful opening the foil because of the steam. Makes 8 servings
