3/4 cup saltine cracker crumbs
2 eggs
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tsp instant minced onion
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 pound ground beef
1 - 10 1/2 oz can condensed reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
1 - 15 oz can kidney beans, drained
1/3 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Combine first 5 ingredients, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper. Add meat and mix well and shape into patties. In a large skillet brown the patties on both sides. Pour soup over patties, top with beans and green pepper. Cook covered over low heat about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and cover and heat till the cheese melts. Makes 6 servings
