4 oz almond paste
3 cups powdered sugar
4 eggs
2 cups butter
5 1/4 cups cake flour
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine almond paste and sugar and beat well. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition. Add butter and beat till light. Add flour and mix till smooth. Using a cookie press with the star tip pipe onto paper lined cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes or till edges are light brown and centers are set. Do not overbake. Makes 12 dozen 1 1/4" cookies
