What main dish do you plan to make for Easter?

Easter is coming up soon. What do you plan on making for Easter as a main dish this year? Please share your recipes here. Also, what side dishes will accompany these main dishes? This is a multiple choice poll.

Don't know what we'll do for Easter yet as I may have to stay with mom that If I don't maybe a ham,candied yams,green beans& rolls.Not sure yet.

I am not quite sure what we are doing for Easter this year. The girls won't be home that day. So it might just be dh and myself. I will make a small ham, sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes and string beans. I am going to cook my ham in gingerale this year instead of a glaze. Can't wait to see how it turns out.

I always cook my ham in orange juice and either sprite or Mt Dew got that idea about 20 yrs ago from a dear friend in Jersey, All who have eaten it loved it so unless things change we will be having ham, sweet potato (some how) and mashed potatoes with something green yet to be decided

DH and me so it will depemnd on what our plans are on working around here that day, which all depends on what the weather will be! lol I have a turkey breast in the freezer and I also have a whole deli ham and smoked turkey breast. So oneway or another it will probably be one of those and the sides will depend on our work schedule that day around here.

We haven't decided either. I have to drive to NM to give a friend's DH an additional assessment to go with his MMPI-2. One of the people that we test in this class we have to give a comprehensive battery of tests. I picked him. Unfortunately, he is also far away. Then, I will drive to my hometown to spend Easter with my father-in-law. I am going to ask my DD if she wants to come and whether she comes or not, I will ask to bring the GKs.
