1 1/4 cup herb seasoned stuffing mix, crushed
1 4 oz can mushrooms, chopped and drained
1/3 cup beef broth
1/4 cup sliced green onion with tops
1/4 cup snipped parsley
2 tbsp margarine, melted

Spoon stuffing over one circle of meat and go to 1" away from edge. Top with the second circle of meat and peel off the top sheet of wax paper and seal edges. Invert meat pattie onto a well greased wire grill basket and peel of the remaining piece of wax paper. Grill over medium coals about 10 to 12 minutes. Turn and grill till desired doneness, at least another 10 to 12 minutes. Cut burger into wedges and serve with condiments. 8 servings
