1 1 pound can salmon
1 1/2 cup stuffing mix
1/4 cup minced onion
2 eggs,slightly beaten
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Combine the salmon, stuffing mix, onion, eggs, and soup and pack into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes or till center is firm. Remove from the oven and let stand 5 minutes in the pan. Turn out onto a heated srving platter and serve with a tomato or a cheese sauce. Makes 4 servings
