PASTA
1 1/2 cups uncooked bow tie pasta (elbow macaroni workes well also)

SALAD
1 cup pitted ripe oilives, drained6 oz mozzarella cheese, cubed into 1/2" pieces
4 ripe Roma tomatoes cut into 1/4" slices

DRESSING
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tsp dried oregano leaves
1 tsp dried basil leaves
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp finely chopped fresh garlic

Cook pasta according to pkg directions. Rinse with cold water and drain well. In a large bowl combine pasta and all the salad ingredients. In another bowl combine all the dressing ingredients and stir dressing gently into the salad ingredients to coat well. COver and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Makes 8 servings
