CRUST
1 - 2 layer size yellow cake mix
1 stick butter, softened
1 egg, beaten
FILLING
1 - 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
TOPPING
1 1/2 cups your favorite flavor pie filling
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 13 x 9 x 2" pan. In a large bowl combine cake mix, butter, 1 egg and mix till well blended. Press in bottom of prepared pan. In another bowl combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and eggs and mix till smooth and creamy. Pour over the crust. Bake at 350 degrees 30 to 35 minutes or lightly browned (very light). Good served warm or cooled. Cut into squares and top each serving with pie filling. Makes 12 servings
