2/3 cup instant mashed potato flakes (use flakes not buds)
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tsp parsley flakes
1 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp powdered garlic
3 pounds frying chicken, skinned
1/3 cup butter, melted
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Butter a 15 x 10 x 1" baking pan. In a bowl combine potato flakes, parmesan cheese, parsley flakes, seasoned salt, garlic powder and stir to mix. Dip chicken pieces into butter, roll in potato flake mixture to coat. Put onto greased pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes or till chicken is fork tender and juices run clear. 4 servings
