1 - 18 oz pkg. refrigerated sugar cookies
1 - 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup fresh OR canned peach slices, drained
1 cup whole strawberries, cut in half
1 cup fresh blueberries
1/4 cup orange marmalade
1 tbsp water
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Slice cookie dough as directed on package. Arrange slices in bottom of an ungreased 15 x 10 x1" bsking pan or a 14" pizza pan. Use floured fingers to press dough evenly in the pan. Bake at 350 degrees 12 to 15 minutes or till golden brown. Cool till completely cooled. In a small bowl beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla till fluffy. Spread this mixture over the cooled cookie crust. Arrange fruit over the cream cheese. In another bowl combine orange marmalade and water blending well. Spoon this mixture over the fruit. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Cut into squares or wedges. 12 servings
Fresh or canned pineapple slices, maraschino cherries, mandarin orange segments or sliced peeled kiwi fruit can be used in pace of any of the listed fruits in the recipe.
