SLAW

8 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup sliced green onions
4 oz american cheese, cubed
1/2 cup sliced ripe olives
2- 11 oz cans mexicorn whole kernel corn, drained (the one with the red and green pepper bits)

DRESSING

2 cups mayonnaise OR salad dressing
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp celery seed
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tbsp prepared mustard

In a large bowl combine all slaw ingredients and toss to combine. In another bowl combine all dressing ingredients and blend well. Add to slaw and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Makes 24 ( 1/2 cup) servings
