1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup fat free mayonnaise
1 - 8 oz ctn fat free sour cream
3 cups frozen cut spinach, thawed, squeezed to drain
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/2 tsp dried dill weed
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1 8 oz can water chestnuts, drained, chopped
In a medium bowl combine milk and mayonnaise and beat with a whisk till smooth. Stir in sour cream and blend well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors. Serve with vegetable dippers of your choice. Makes 3 2/3 cups
