1 (8 oz) turkey breast tenderloin, cut into 1/2" slices
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup condensed 97% fat free cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup ready to serve chicken broth
1/2 tsp dried sage leaves, crumbled
1/2 cup instant wild, or brown rice

Spray a medium nonstick skillet with nonstick spray. Heat over high heat till hot. Add turkey slices and cook 1 minute on each side or till lightly browned. Remove turkey from skillet and set aside. Wipe skillet clean with a paper towel and spray again with cooking spray. Add oniopn and cook till crisp tender and golden brown. Stir in soup, broth, sage till smooth. Stir in rice. Arrange turkey slices over top. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low; cover and cook 10 to 15 minutes or till rice is tender. 2 servings
