3 cups sliced carrots
Salted water
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon dry onion flakes
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
Cook carrots in salted water until tender then drain and put into casserole
dish.
Mix mayonnaise, onion, horseradish, salt and pepper together then add to carrots and stir.
Melt butter in small saucepan then stir in crumbs and scatter over top of
casserole.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes then serve hot.
