Valentine's Day Menu Ideas

From appetizers to desserts, are there any special foods that you make each Valentine's day?

I use food coloring to solor my children's milk pink for dinner...although they are getting a little too old for this now :) I also always make a large heart shaped brownie cake and decorate it with pink and red frosting hearts.

If my DH is here, we usually go out to breakfast. That is a good thing since all the restaurants are busy on that day.

But, for dinner, I have made a heart-shaped meatloaf.

I make a simple desert: Strawberry L'Amour
I melt 1/2 of an all cholate, cholate bar over strawberries with 1 scoop of ice cream and pour 1/2 ounce of Baileys caramel liquer over it. :) It is sinfully good and best served before bed!!

Usually my supermarket puts beef tenderloin (filet) on sale sometime in January. I like to pick one up and put it in the freezer, and then we have a REALLY NICE dinner on Valentine's Day.
