THE BIG 3 PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
1 c chunky peanut butter (or creamy)
1 large egg
1 c sugar
1 t vanilla (opt)
Mix ingredients together. Roll into balls and place onto cookie sheet about 2" apart.
Cookies will spread on pan. Flatten with fork. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes. Makes
about 1 dozen cookies.

I've heard of a peanut butter cookie that uses no flour, I'll have to give this a try,thanks!

It has been so long since I have had these! I am going to have to make these for my GKs next time I see them.

I love this recipe but dh perfers peanut butter cookie recipe that has the flour. So I make these when he's not home.lol

Oooooh! I am *so* going to make these tomorrow! :) It's rare that I have all the ingredients for a recipe already in the house so I will look forward to this.
