Easy Crockpot Potato Soup

1 30 oz bag frozen hash brown potatoes
3 14 oz cans chicken broth
1 (10.75 oz can) cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened

In a 6 quart crockpot combine all ingredients except cream cheese. Cover and cook on LOW for 5 hours. Stir in cream cheese and cook 30 miutesw stirring occasionally till combined. Makes 6 to 8 servings

Cat the easy Crockpot one sounds perfect, I have everything home and can make the day she comes home. Thank you much. She is doing very well, sent us all home today so she can sleep. I am proud of her so far.
