Stopped in my old work place and they were having a get together. One of the other ladies that worked there when I did brought in her standby; I had to take a taste as it was always good!
12 corn muffins
2 cups mayonnasie
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
2 tomatoes, diced
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 pound bacon, fried crisp and drained
gsCombine all ingredients and top with the bacon. Makes 6 large servings
