6 banana
1 cup onion, minced
1 cup raisins
1 cup tart apple, minced
1 cup apple cider vinegar
2 cups sugar
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp nutmeg
1/4 cup cayenne pepper
1/3 cup lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
Peel and mash the bananas. In a large casserole dish combine all the ingredients. Bake in a 350 degree oven about 2 hours, stirring occasionally. When thickened ladle into sterlized jars and seal. Makes about 2 pints
