Well, I have tried two different low carb breads so far; ones that you make from scratch at home. Both have been disappointing results so far. They are breads alright, but very small loaves and don't rise much and for sandwiches they don't turn out well. The taste of course is also different, but that isn't the bad part. Anyone have a homemade recipe for one that they liked? Either bread machine or regular would work although I prefer bread machine.

I know there are store bought breads out there that are low carb, but I make all our bread at home again finally so want to continue with this type. And in our one local grocery they aren't even available so it wouldn't be very good to try and buy them as no where close anyway.

Just checking in to see if anyone has a good recipe they are willing to share. I tried another one and it was the best so far, but I still am looking for a better flavor. THis one rose and even looked like a loaf of bread. Didn;t eat ot quick enought though and it spoiled so next time will try slicing it in half and freezing one half and see how that does. By the way, anyone had any experience doing that with a low carb homemade bread? WIth such different ingredients I'm not sure how it will react to freezing and thawing.
