The coke really tenderizes the pork chops.
8 pork chops
salt & pepper to taste
1 cup ketchup
1 cup Coca-cola (don't use diet)
Brown Sugar
Put chops into a baking pan. Season with salt & pepper. Mix ketchup and coca-cola and pour over the chops. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees about 1 hour or till chops are tender.
