FIrst cook your roast beef using whatever recipe your family likes best. Then set aside enough of the roast to grind 2 cups for the next recipe.
Beef Stroganoff Salad
2 cups coarsely ground roast beef
1 cup fat free sour cream
6 tbsp pickle relish
1/2 cup onion, minced
2 tsp horseradish
2 tbsp chili sauce
1/2 tsp salt
Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Refrigerate till chilled through and serve on lettuce leaves. Makes 3 cups
