This is really quick to fix!
1/4 cup onion, chopped
2 tbsp margarine
3 chicken bouillon cubes
2 cups boiling water
2 cups instant rice
2 tbsp dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp rubbed sage
1/4 tsp celery salt
In a skillet saute onion in margarine till tender, but not brown. Dissolve bouillion in boiling water and add to skillet. Stir in rice, parsley, sage and celery salt. Bring to a boil and reduce heat, cover and simmer 5-8 minutes or till rice is tender. 4 servings
