Drat, I thought I clicked 3 choices but only one came out: OTHER.
That one was for DD, who will rummage for whatever leftovers she can find. Normal "breakfast" food is her last resort. She will eat pizza, spaghetti, soup, fruit, meat, mac & cheese...
My boys like cereal, toast, pancakes or waffles.
Cinnamon rolls are a big hit here. But I almost never make them.
I did find a recipe recently for "Cinnamon French-Toast Cups" and they were pretty good.
Cinnamon French Toast Cups
(makes 8)
* 3 eggs
* 2 fl. oz / 1/4 cup milk
* 1 tbsp vanilla extract
* 3 tbsp sugar
* 3 tbsp melted butter
* 1 tsp cinnamon
* 5 slices bread, cubed
Pre-heat oven to 200C/400F
Whisk the eggs with all the ingredients except bread. Once well combined add the bread and toss to coat. All the liquid should be soaked up.
Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray or butter 8 holes. Spoon the bread mixture into each muffin hole.
Bake for ten minutes until cooked through and slightly crispy on top. Glaze and serve.
For the glaze:
* 1/2 cup powdered/icing sugar
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 1/2 tsp cinnamon
* 1 tbsp milk
Whisk all ingredients together until smooth. Pour over toast cups.

When the boys were small and at home they too only went for "leftover" anything to heat up quick. Only as they got older did they go for "normal" breakfast foods. Usually on a weekend I would cook a big "normal" breakfast and they all ate that. But I guess if I had someone cooking my meal I;d ea what they fixed too! LOL

ds1 is a cereal person, ds2 is a cereal and toast person during the week.
On Sundays I make a cooked breakfast we all have, which could be savoury french toast, scrambled eggs, fried egg (spray oiled) or boiled egg with toast soldiers possible with bacon or thick ham slices.
Pancakes for us in not a breakfast thing but a dessert item.
We might try sweetened french toast one day maybe for dessert.

A thing some of the kids I used to babysit for years ago liked was:
Eggs Bakes in a Nest
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Take bread slices and cut a hole in center with a small cup. Butter underside of bread and place on a baking sheet. Break the egg into the "nest". sprinkle with salt, pepper and some grated cheese. Put into oven and bake till whites are frim and yolks are firm, takes about 20 minutes. Watch so it doesn't burn!

Those are fun; my Big DS loved them as a little kid. We used cookie cutters to make the hole in the bread, and just cooked it in a buttered skillet.
