Do you all print coupons from you local grocery store website to take to the market with you? I live near Vons which has printable coupons and the weekly specials online.

My local supermarket does not accept internet coupons. :(

I do print some coupons for the grocery I go to in the big city. Our one local store doesn't get into doing that. I also download coupons onto my key chain card that I can take advantage of in the big city store. It is nice for the ones that do that though as you don't have to worry about forgetting them!

Cat Lover, being able to download coupons to your key chain card sounds nice. When you scan your card, will the discount automatically come off if you purchased the item at that time? If so, you probably get discounts off items without knowing you had a coupon for it :D. My market just sent me some coupons in the mail based off of what I usually purchase.

Yes, if you buy the required item or items it automatically comes off your total. They have expiration times on them and they don't last too often. I usually just download them all just in case. LOL
Our one local grocery does that, they send coupons to us in the mail based on what we buy. When the key chain cards came out that was one of the things lots of people didn;t like about them; the fact that the "store" can keep an eye on what you are buying. But that is how the coupons they send you are generated.
