Baked Potato Toppings

My teenager has asked me to make "Loaded Potatoes" for dinner this week. I'm happy to do that--but I need to figure out what toppings would be good. He'd be happy with just crumbled bacon and shredded Cheddar cheese...any other good toppings?

I figure I'll just set out bowls of toppings and let everyone top their potatoes as they wish.

Chopped onions make a good addition.
One of my DS's likes chopped hot peppers on his.
We have also used cottage cheese with dried hot peppers sprinkled on top of the cottage cheese.
Chopped broccoli and cheese
Chili with sour cream
mushrooms and onions
