Do you make homemade goodies for Halloween?

Do you make homemade goodies for the trick-or-treaters? If so, do you give your name and address in case there are any problems? Do you also participate in making goodies for carnivals and other fall festivities?

We do not hand out to trick-or-treaters as we never hav e any kids come around out here.I have made for fall festivities at school when the kids were in elem. grades but as they got older the middle and high school don't have festivities.

Same thing here, when we lived in the city we handed out treats but only store bought individual treats. Law enforcement in the city had recommended all homemade treats name or not included be thrown out. SO it just wasn't worth the trouble of making them for handouts.

I live in an apt building with about 60 units. Out of the 60 units, we may have about 3 kids in the entire building. One is a baby and the other two....I'm not sure if they live here. I see them once in a while hahaha. I do like to make cookies just to have something sweet around the house. This is my first year in the building. I have candy for myself but just in case the kids of the building knock on the door, they can have some too :D
