6 cups quartered peeled potatoes
4 oz fat free cream cheese,cubed
1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream
1/2 cup fat free milk
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbsp minced chives
dash paprika
Put potatoes in a pan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover and cook till tender. Drain. In a large mixing bowl mash potatoes. Add cream cheese, sour cream, milk, salt, garlic powder and pepper and beat till smooth. Stir in chives. Sprinkle with paprika. 8 servings
