Experience with a food dehydrator?

I grew some habanero peppers this year and plan on giving them to my son. Have anyone dried hot peppers of any kind before and do you have any tips for me on drying them and storing them?:confused:

I have never dried any type of peppers. The only dried peppers I've used at the NM ones that I make recipes out of, but the peppers are already dried.

Well, I stuck them in the dehydrater and went for it. They appear to have dried fine, we shall see. I put them into a jar, but haven't closed it just yet. If anyone has any input I would still like it; for next time.
