Corn Casserole

1 stick butter, melted
1 cup sour cream
8 oz pkg cornbread mix
1 6-oz can cream corn
1 6-oz can drained whole kernal corn

Mix together all ingredients. Place in a greased 9X13 inch asserole dish. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35-45 minutes.

Is this like the corn side dish that they used to serve at Chi Chi's? I loved that stuff!!

I have never heard of Chi Chi's. What type of food do they serve?

I've never heard of spoon bread.
Here is the recipe my SIL uses!

SPOON BREAD

1 can corn with juice (16oz.)
1 can creamed corn (16oz.)
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 stick of butter
16 oz. sour cream
2 boxes of Jiffy Corn Muffin mix

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl and pour into a baking dish.
Bake uncovered until the top is golden brown and the inside is firm.

It is a Mexican Restaurant. ;)
