Someone brought this to the pig roast we just went to and it was great! I think of it more of a sweet/sour salad, but the above name is what the girl that gave me the recipe said it was called.
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can peas, drained
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 can green beans, drained
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup sugar
Bring the water, sugar, and vinegar to a boil. Mix with the b=vegetables and refrigerate overnight. Add 1/2 cup chopped onion, 1/4 cup pimiento, chopped, and 1/2 cup celery, chopped. Mix well.
