Broccoli and Cheese Casserole
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 chopped celery
1 cup uncooked rice
1 package chopped frozen broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 jar Cheese Whiz
Cook broccoli as directed on package. Cook rice according to directions. In a large skillet saute onions and celery. Add broccoli to this micture and stire. Add soups and cheese whiz and stir well. Stir in rice. Pour into baking dish and cook uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
