Blueberry Crisp

2 packages frozen, unsweetened blueberries, thawed.
1/2 cup plus 2 T flour, divided
2 T Brown sugar
1/4 t ground cinnamon
3 T cold butter

Topping:
1 cup (8 oz) plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 t vanilla
2 t sugar

Place the blueberries in an 8 inch greased baking dished. Sprinkle with 2 T flour. In a bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and remaining flour. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over berries. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown. For topping, combine yogurt vanilla, and sugar. Serve with the crisp.

I LOVE blueberries and the rest of my family doesn't, so it is all mine! LOL

I like blueberries, I won't have any this year on my bushes I planted, but I've discovered we have several wild blueberry bushes growing out in the woods, now if I can manage to get some of them before the birds or other wildlife get them. Then I'll have to try this recipe!

I LOVE blueberries. I wish we could grow them here. I have to buy them frozen.

That is what I've always done because DH doesn't eat them, but I just decided I'll share them or use them for "extra" chicken treats!
