Velvetta Fudge

3/4 lb Velvetta, cubed
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
6 squares unsweetened chocolate
2 T light corn syrup
2 lbs sifted powdered sugar
1 t vanilla
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans

Heat velvetta, butter, chocolate, and syrup in 3 qt pan on medium-low heat, stirring constantly until melted. Gradually add chocolate mixture to sugar in large mixing bowl. Beat with electric mixture until smooth. Stir in vanilla and lecans. Pour into greased 13X9 inch pan. Smooth mixture with spatula. Cover. Refrigerate several hours. Cut into squares.

Can be frozen. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Keeps up to 8 weeks.

That is really a different fudge. Going to have to give it a try when we have some compnay as DH can't eat it. And I'm afraid if I make it and no one else is here I'll eat the whole thing! Thanks for sharing!

I have found that people don't like it if they know there is Velvetta in it. I don't tell them until after they eat it.

It's good and easier to make than the other fusge.
