Thanks For The Recipe! I Used To Make This With My Great Grandma When I Was Eight But She Passed Away A Year And A Half Ago; And We Quit Making It About 12 Years Ago! Rip I Have Been Wanting To Make This For A Long Time Because I Knew It Would Have Daily Kitchen Ingredients. Thanks Again

If anyone were to make a "Classics" cookbook, this should be in it in my opinion.

I remember when I was little and my mother made this. We lived out in the country and were going to my great aunt's house for some holiday or something. My mother left this on top of the car while she loaded things inside. About a mile down the road, we heard it fly off, onto the road. We stopped and looked at it. Even the plate was in a million pieces! LOL So, we had no pineapple upside down cake that day. LOL
