What are your plans for Mother's Day?

If you have plans to cook that special day, what do you plan on cooking? If not, what will you be doing?

We will visit my mom this weekend. We had not intended to but with the illness of my brother in law and such, we're going down there again this weekend. We will be home on Sunday. My guess is we'll order pizza. I've been wanting pizza for the longest time.

;) Will be having a meal and spending the day with my sister and her in-laws. Plan on having a special day with everyong together..and I get the day off too..

Just a regular day here for us. DH is asleep in the LazBoy with one of the cats on his lap! Here I am on the computer! LOL Rainy outside, lots of storms and high winds. Got out early and fed and watered all the animals, weeded the garden some in between storms.

Fixing baked salmon, sweet potatoes with apples, and steamed broccoli from the garden already!

I came to the RV yesterday afternoon so that I could watch my race. I am enjoying the peace and quiet with no family members around. lol I am planning to going out and getting some Mexican food, later, it the restaurant isn't too busy.
