Honey Mustard Sauce

I saw this on Paula Deen's show on the Foonetwork. I did not like her chicken on that episode, but I did like her honey mustard dipping sauce for chicken and make it all the time.

Honey-Mustard Dipping Sauce

¾ cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Horseradish to taste
2 tablespoons as needed to taste

Combine all the ingredients except the orange juice. Thin with the orange juice for the right pouring or dipping consistency.

Would this have the consistency to be able to use this as a salad dressing also?

I have never tried it on a salad. After you make it you might check the consistency and if it is too thick, add more lemon juice. I LOVE the way this tastes and I am very picky about my honey-mustard.
