OK this is one of the extremely rare times you will see me in, around, or part of anything low fat but...............
Here's a recipe of my own creation that despite the complete absence of fat, I'm forced to say tastes pretty good., You'll need one of those juicing machines.
CARROT JUICE DRESSING
6 oz. carrot juice
2 oz. lemon juice
2 large shallots, minced
Salt & pepper to taste
Whisk it all together and try it on a neutral but crunchy lettuce like ice berg, green leaf, or boston. Add some cucumbers as well.
