How do you grill your asparagus? Have you ever roasted frozen brussels sprouts? (30 minutes at 400 degrees is not too good!) Roasted asparagus ~ tossed with olive oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet in a single layer, broiled 6" from the element on high for 3-4 minutes, then turned and broiled for another 3-4 minutes. Now that's good!! Spritz with a little fresh lemon if you want. How about cauliflower, broccoli, taters, anything and everything? What are your faves?? :cool:

Kell, my DD gave me this idea for asparagus. I take some asparagus. I rinse the asparagus and break off the tough bottoms. Then, I place them all in a zipper baggie with some Italian dressing. I let them marinate for a few hours. I take them out of the dressing and wrap each in prosciutto. I place them on a greased cookie sheet. I bake in a 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes. They are SO good! I imagine this would be just as good on the grill too.
