Help with Italian-Style Stuffed Eggplant Recipe

Can anyone help with the new recipe that was posted today on the Mom's menu page? It calls for 1 cup brown rice and I am assuming that means cooked rice. Is that right? It does bake for 25 minutes and I am thinking that isn't long enough to cook brown rice if it is raw.
It sounds really good. I don't have hardly any recipes for eggplant.

I will probably change the recipe around, but that is what I usually do.
I am not going to put in the shrimp, but I will put in some Italian Turkey Sausage. That should be good.

I notified someone who can hopefully answer that question. I read the recipe and I'm not sure either.

I like making ratatouille with eggplant. I am like you in that once I make a recipe, I usually end up changing it up to suit me. lol
