EASY Hamburger Stroganoff
8-oz container sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 pound ground beef
1 small-medium onion, diced
several cloves garlic, diced, to taste
salt and pepper to taste
In a large frying pan, brown the beef, onion, salt, pepper, and garlic. Drain. Add the sour cream and mushroom soup. Cook on low for 10 minutes until hot and bubbly. Pour over cooked egg noodles.
