This is really good with a salad or a bowl of soup. And its to die for hot!
3 1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix
2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1 1/4 cups milk
Combine first two ingredients; beat eggs and milk and stir into cheese mixture till mositened. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3" loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50 - 55 minutes. Cool 10 minutes, remove from pan and slice.
