These havea great taste and makes a good no clean up isde dish!
1/2 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp each salt & pepper
3 baking potatoes cut into 1/4" slices
1 large onion, sliced
Mis salad dressing and seasonings in a large bowl till well blended. Stir in potatoes and onions to coat. Divide potato mixture evenly among six 12" square pieces of heavy duty foil. Seal each to form packet. Place foil packets on grill over medium coals. Grill covered 25 to 30 minutes or till potatoes are tender. Makes 6 servings
