2 lbs. red potatoes, quartered
1 pkg. fat free (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 can ( 10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of potato soup, undiluted
1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
Place potatoes in slow cooker. In bowl beat cream cheese, soup and salad dressing mix till blended. Stir into potatoes; cover and cook on LOW 8 hours or till potatoes are tender. 4-6 servings:)
