Thanks to Barbszy and everyone else who has given me tips for using my bread maker, I used it for the dough cycle and then baked it in the oven. If you've ever had the bread at Macaroni Grill, this bread is very close to it! http://www.familycorner.com/forums/images/smilies/xyxthumbs.gif

Here is the recipe. It's so easy! It's a combo of recipes with my own add ins. http://www.familycorner.com/forums/images/smilies/11zwinky.gif

Old World Peasant Bread

3/4 C. water
1 1/2 TBSP Olive Oil
2 C. Bread Flour
1 tsp. Salt
1 1/2 tsp Sugar
1 1/2 TBSP Italian Seasonings--this makes it on the seasoned side. You can use less if you like.
1 TBSP Yeast

Use your bread machine and run on the dough cycle.

Once the dough is finished, place it on a lightly oiled pan. Shape into a rectangle that is no more than 2 inches high--it's rather flat.

Cover and let rise for one hour in a warm place. Once it's done rising, brush the top with olive oil and sprinkle lightly with extra Italian seasoning --again, you can skip this if you don't like heavy seasoning.

Bake for 25 minutes or until nice and brown.

Here is what it looks like:
