I have no idea of how this recipe got this name! A friend's niece emailed her this recipe saying she fixed it for her mom and dad and siblings and they all liked it so I thought I would share it here for others.
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup canned mushrooms, chopped
1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves
2 cans (15 1/2 oz) spaghetti and meatballs
1/4 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a medium bowl combine onion, mushrooms, oregano, and spaghetti and meatballs. Toss to mix well. Turn into a 10 x 7" baking dish. Cut cheese into cubes and sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake 20 minutes or till cheese is slightly melted and golden brown. Makes 6 servings
